MD, Project Manager and Lighting Lead

Will James

Will launched his career at 16, gaining experience in live event venues across North Wales and Chester. His journey began with sound, although since then he has steadily climbed the ranks. Over the years, he has worked in numerous corporate environments, managing sound and lighting for some of the UK's leading companies. As the Project Manager at XEP, he ensures that every is executed on time and meets the highest quality standards.

Director and Audio Lead

Joe MacMillan

Joe has spent a lot of time working throughout some of the best music venues the UK has to offer. After completing his extended diploma in audio engineering in 2019, he continued his studies in Salford before making himself at home as a regular at The Ferret, Preston.

Alongside venues, he's found himself at many festivals over the past few years and has obviously worked with us on all of our biggest events!
